Realised for the exhibition Total Motiviert, curated by Maria Lind, Sören Grammel, and Katharina Schlieben, the sculpture is intended as a platform for hosting readings and as a kiosk showcasing handouts photocopied on coloured paper. Munich Readings can be linked to other sculptures that support discussions, meetings, and presentation of reading material as spaces of mediation between the institution, the curatorial, the exhibition, and the public. The same concerns can be found again in the structure for The Invisible Insurrection of a Million Minds (2005) and Movement (Sun) Set (2020).
